All packages are HDR quality images.
All packages will have a 24 hour turn around time. (5pm next day)
24 hours prior to shoot, clients will receive a phone call as a reminder about the shoot.
Clients can be present during shoots but not required to be there.
All packages will have Living room, Bedroom, Primary bedroom, Primary bathroom, Family room, Kitchen, Breakfast area(if present), Deck, Backyard, Exterior Rear, and Exterior Front.
Less than or equal to 1,000sq ft picture package will have one of each.
2,000 and above Sq. Ft package will have additional Exterior Front Entry.
HDR or High Dynamic Range is the process of bracketing photos
together. Think of it as more blending photos together to get a high quality photo. Darkest darks and Brightest bights but with all of the detailing in perfect harmony together.
Weather is a big thing around these parts, wait one minute and it can change. We will take photos in overcast conditions, but will strive for the best possible picture that we can.
Here at ARPMN we use a 5 bracket method which some companies only use 3.
Why is that important? To us that means We take your time as seriously as you do. All the hard work that is required to sell properties should be shown in the photos as well.
